How Does a Refillery Work?

Step 1

Bring or Choose a Container

Bring your own clean, dry container, or choose from our cleaned and sterilized donated containers or new containers available for purchase.

Step 2

Weight Your Empty Container

Before filling, we weigh your empty container to record its tare weight so you’re only paying for the product—not the container.

Step 3

Fill What You Need

Refill with the product of your choice, label with the product number and take the amount that works for you. Our team is always nearby if you have questions or need help.

Step 4

Pay by Weight

Once filled, we weigh your container again and calculate the price based on the product’s weight in your container. Simple, transparent, and waste-reducing.
